IELTS Complaint Procedure

As per the Notice to Candidates section of the IELTS Application form, if you believe your performance may be affected by ill health you must inform the test day supervisor or invigilator on the day of the test.  This may be for any reason including the way in which the test is delivered at the centre.

If you have a complaint relating to the delivery of the test, you must submit your complaint to the test centre before your results have been issued. The IELTS Test Partners will not accept complaints relating to the delivery of the test after results have been issued.
