ExCEL program - Outstanding students learning to lead

The ExCEL program will NOT run for Trimester 3 2012. The Diplomas are currently reviewing existing Leadership opportunities and programs and will provide you with information on a new Leadership Program model, once it is finalised.

Monash College Diplomas' ExCEL program (Extended Curriculum for Exceptional Learners Program) is a unique and rewarding opportunity for outstanding students.

The ExCEL Program gives students the chance to:

• Gain a better understanding of personal strengths and how to maximise them
• Acquire networks with other like-minded students and senior members of Monash College Diplomas staff
• Build workplace skills through volunteer experience
• Have fun

The program includes a total of five group sessions (in addition to outside volunteer work) each trimester.

On completion of the program students will receive a completion certificate from Monash College Diplomas Director, Faye Lambert, at the Graduation Ceremony.
