MC's Independent learning centre

The College’s Independent Learning Centre (ILC) is a place for our students to study and get help from Learning Consultants and teachers.

Your teachers, Learning Consultants and the Monash University librarian will meet with you at agreed times to assist you in your study.

Where do I go for help?

Learning Consultants
Learning Consultants provide academic, learning and personal support for all Diploma students. Learning Consultants also work closely with your teachers to provide you with learning strategies that work for both Monash College and tertiary study.

Student Services Desk
The Student Services Desk is located on the Ground floor, West block. The student services team will help you with questions relating to fees, exams, transfers, attendance and special consideration.

Contacting you teacher
Teachers can be contacted by email (provided in class) or on the telephones throughout Building 73.  Teachers that have transferred from Caulfield will keep the same phone number and email address at the Clayton campus.
If you want to meet with your teacher it is best to email them first and arrange a time.
When you arrive for your appointment, use the phone at Level 1 Central (near assignment boxes) to let them know you have arrived.
