Accepting your offer

Our applications team will send you a reply within 48 hours after you submit your application.

If you are successful, we will send you an offer package with:

• an International Student Course Agreement (ISCA)
• an accommodation guide
• under 18 guardianship/caregiver details (if applicable)

How to accept the offer

If you want to accept your offer into a Monash College program, you need to:

• Read, complete and return the International Student Course Agreement (ISCA)
• Pay the deposit (see Section 6 of the ISCA)
• Arrange for your guardian or caregiver to complete the under 18 documents (if you are under 18)

Pay the deposit

You can pay your deposit online or by bank draft, credit card or telegraphic transfer. Cash payment is not available.

Bank draft should be made payable to 'Monash University' and sent to:

Online payment is made from your bank account via the Custom House StudentPay system.

Credit card payment is made by submitting your credit card details on your acceptance form.

Read your pre-departure package

When we receive your documents and payment we will forward you a receipt for fees paid and your pre-departure package with important information about living in Melbourne and studying at Monash. This package contains your:

• welcome letter
• Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) form
• DIAC Confirmation of Accommodation and Welfare Form for under 18s (if applicable).

Organise your travel early

Make sure you arrive in Melbourne two days before orientation. The orientation program is compulsory. It is also a great opportunity for you to get to know your teachers, peers and your new home. Please let us know if you need some help with organising transport from the airport or accommodation.
