Business students' blitz Faculty awardsTwenty-four per cent of the 2010 Faculty of Business and Economics Deans awards were received by former Monash College Diploma or Foundation Year students.

Monash College has been working closely with the Faculty of Business and Economics over the last couple of years to ensure that Monash College and Foundation Year students perform as least as well as other students within the faculty.

The strong performance of our students at this level is a clear indication that the significant academic interventions of the last few years are serving our students well. Given the high quality of the graduates in this discipline and the additional challenges our students often face with living away from home and studying in their second language, CEO Jo Mithen says that "these achievements are exceptional".
