Monash College was honoured earlier this month as a finalist in the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Awards for its excellence in leadership development.

At a prestigious event in Sydney on 1 December, the College was recognised for its outstanding work developing people through its Leadership Capability Framework, which includes the Leadership Practice Series, a developmental program for emerging college decision-makers.

AHRI honoured all finalists, before announcing the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) as the deserving winner in the leadership category.

Leaders from across the College attended, including Chair of the Board Dr Christine Nixon, Board Member Les Cupper, CEO Jo Mithen and Director, People & Culture Julie Coleman.
