"I didn't plan to study education. I decided to because of my teachers at Monash College – their teaching style really inspired me. They really engaged with their students and helped us to learn our own skills. They were always encouraging us to do our best. This is very different to the education I was used to, and I wanted to learn more about it."

NHAI NGUYEN
EDUCATION SPECIALISATION TEACHER

"Students learn a variety of contemporary theories about the context that surrounds learning. We teach in a flipped classroom model, to maximise the power of technology for teaching in the 21st century. We offer activities, such as a field trip to the museum, and case studies, in addition to textbook studies. This will help to shape their understanding of future teaching practices."

"I was overwhelmed at the beginning. It was different and I wasn't confident in my English abilities. After a while, everything improved and it was because I studied at Monash College. It was comforting to know that someone was always going there to help me out if I needed it. Monash College made coming to a new country very smooth and I was really happy to go to class every day."
