Regulation and accreditation
We are a Commonwealth-recognised, non-self-accrediting Institute of Higher Education, regulated by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) under the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards).
Details of our regulatory history can be found on the National Register. Our higher education student data is available publicly through the Australian Government’s Department of Education, Skills and Employment.
Domestic student tuition fees are guaranteed by the Australian Government's Tuition Protection Service.
Our international students are protected by the College’s registration under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 and membership of the Australian Government's International Tuition Protection Service.
We are also a not-for-profit organisation registered by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). On the ACNC website you can find copies of our Company Constitution and recent financial reports, audited by the Victorian Auditor General’s Office.
We are a child safe organisation.
