We understand that arriving as an international student can sometimes involve unexpected delays, and you may still be in your home country, waiting for your visa to be processed. To support you, we allow late arrivals. Below is a guide to help you navigate your options based on your expected arrival date.
General advice is that if your visa is still being processed, ensure you have enrolled in your pathway program and be prepared to travel as soon as your visa is granted.

the Student Hub located on (Level 4) for general guidance and advice.

If your visa is still being processed beyond your approved late arrival date, you will need to take the following steps:
If you have already enrolled in your course
Apply for Intermission:
submit an Intermission Application form along with your visa status as supporting documentation to Student Administration via email at student.admin@monashcollege.edu.au.
If you have not enrolled in your course
Defer to a future intake:
contact Monash University Admissions at mc.documents@monash.edu to defer to a future intake.
