To be accepted into the Monash Advanced Preparation Program, you must meet the academic and English language requirements. You will also need to check the age requirements before you apply.

Minimum age requirements

To enrol in Monash Advanced Preparation Program, you must meet the following minimum age requirements:

  • Be at least 16 years and 7 months of age at the time of enrolment in the Monash Advanced Preparation Program.
  • Be at least 17 years of age at the time of enrolment in your Monash University undergraduate destination degree.
  • Meet any specific age requirements for degrees that include clinical placements.

If you do not meet the minimum age requirements at the time of enrolment, you may be offered a deferred place until you become eligible. Please ensure you review the minimum age requirements of your chosen Monash University undergraduate destination degree, particularly those with mandatory requirements for clinical placements.
