Online re-enrolment for continuing Foundation Year students

If you’ve already completed a semester of your Foundation Year, you’ll still need to re-enrol for next semester before it starts.

You’ll receive detailed emails from Student Administration about the re-enrolment process. Please follow the instructions you receive to re-enrol via the Web Enrolment System (WES) during the designated re-enrolment period to avoid late fees.

Note: A single subject can only be attempted twice unless you receive special permission from your Head of Studies.

WES will not allow you to re-enrol in a passed subject or change between math streams (e.g. Mathematics to Fundamental Mathematics) in Foundation Year. To repeat an already passed subject or to change your math stream, please follow these steps:

  1. Re-enrol in your other subjects via WES
  2. After 24 hours, complete the Online Subject Variation Form to request the subject you want to repeat or the math stream you’d like to change.

Re-enrolment for completed Foundation Year students (for third semester)

If you’ve officially completed the Foundation Year program in two semesters but your final score doesn’t get you into your preferred destination degree, you can re-enrol for a third semester.

To re-enrol for a third semester, you must do so in person. Please contact us via email: student.admin@monashcollege.edu.au for more information.

Online re-enrolment for continuing Diploma students

If you’ve already completed a trimester of your Diploma, you’ll still need to re-enrol for next trimester before it starts.

You’ll receive detailed emails from Student Administration about the re-enrolment process. Please follow the instructions you receive to re-enrol via the Web Enrolment System (WES) during the designated re-enrolment period to avoid late fees.

Re-enrolment for Monash English and Monash English Bridging students

If you wish to re-enrol/extend or repeat your studies, you must contact your Head of Studies or Program Leaders who will explain the next steps once they approve:

A full payment for the approved duration of your study must be completed prior to the enrolment. Find the payment methods here.

Re-enrolment for students returning from Intermission, please contact Student Administration via email student.admin@monashcollege.edu.au.
