Monash College now provides all students with access to Canva Campus – a premium version of Canva that unlocks Canva Pro’s suite of extra features to help you create high‑quality academic and professional designs.

With Canva Campus, you can access:

  • Education‑focused templates – ready‑made layouts for assignments, presentations, reports and resumes
  • AI design tools – such as: 
    • Magic Write: use an initial prompt to generate, edit and refine written content, from presentation copy to social posts, saving time on drafting
    • Background Remover: instantly remove backgrounds from images, making it easy to create clean, professional-looking visuals
    • Magic Switch: quickly resize and reformat your designs for different platforms or purposes, without needing to start again.
  • Collaboration options – work together on group tasks in real time and share your designs easily with classmates.

How to access Canva Campus

Getting started is quick and easy:

  1. Go to go.monash/canva.
  2. Log in using Monash Single Sign On (SSO).
  3. You’ll be automatically added to Canva Campus – no sign-up or payment required.

Once you’re in, you’ll have full access to Canva Pro features, ready to use for all your projects.

Who can access Canva Campus?

All Monash University and Monash College students, globally, can access Canva Campus. Canva Campus is a student access-only platform.

I’m a Monash staff member, can I access Canva Campus?

Only Monash students have access to Canva Campus. The University has secured Canva Enterprise for staff, replacing Outfit as Monash University’s design templating platform. Staff access to Canva Enterprise is currently under a procurement process – you can continue to monitor the Canva Enterprise webpage for updates.

How much does Canva Campus cost?Canva Campus is completely free for Monash students and includes all Canva Pro features.
