Book your airport reception

At Monash College, we welcome all new international students with a free airport transfer to take you to your accommodation.

To arrange a pick-up, please submit an airport transfer booking form at least three working days before you arrive.

Please make sure you have confirmed your accommodation before you apply for a transfer. You will need to provide an address in Melbourne.

We will send you a confirmation email when we have organised your request. Please print this out and bring it with you.

Note:

Monash College will be closed for the end of year holiday from 2.00 pm Wednesday, 20 December 2017 and will re-open at 9.00 am Tuesday, 2 January 2018.

Please be aware that Allied can not accept bookings between the following times.

12.00pm Saturday, 23 December to 11.00am Tuesday, 26 December 2017.
And 12.00pm Saturday 30 December to 11.00am Tuesday, 2 January 2018.

If you have submitted your pick-up request AFTER 2.00pm Wednesday, 20 December and arriving during the closed period (in red above), you will NOT be picked up from the airport and will have to organise your own transport to your accommodation.

When you arrive

A driver from Allied Chauffeured Cars Australia will meet you at the international terminal.

If you are in the domestic terminal, ask the airport staff to direct you. It is a short, five to 10-minute walk. Find out more information about Melbourne International Airport.

If you cannot find your driver, go to a public phone and make a free call (no coins required) to Allied on 1800 350 850.

Family members

Family members arriving with you can use the airport pick-up service.

Make sure you list all other family members' details on your airport transfer booking form.

Please note: This pick-up service will take you and your family to one address only.

Changes to your plans

Please email alliedcars@alliedcars.com.au as soon as possible if your plans change (for example, changes to your arrival day/time or flight cancellation).

Cancellation fee

If you do not arrive or do not let us know if your plans have changed, you will need to pay a A$100 cancellation fee.
