Fabian Marrone to continue as Chief Executive Officer at Monash College
The Monash College Board Director, Professor Allie Clemans, is pleased to announce the continuation of Mr Fabian Marrone as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Monash College.
Fabian has held the role of Interim CEO since September 2024 and, during his tenure, has worked closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to focus on the College’s core and foundational purpose of providing transformative education experiences and optimising pathways education to Monash University.
Through his leadership, the College is well-positioned to be both scalable and sustainable, with views to expand its product portfolio across the Indo-Pacific region and beyond, and broaden the College’s reach and appeal to ensure an immersive and distinctive student experience.
“Fabian’s contributions to the College thus far have been exceptional, particularly as he has encouraged an ambitious and bold vision and outlook among us all,’ said Professor Allie Clemans, Board Director, Monash College and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) and Senior Vice President, Monash University.

As well as being the College CEO, Fabian will continue in his position as Chief Marketing, Admissions and Communications Officer and Vice-President of Monash University, overseeing University Marketing, Admissions and Communications (UMAC).
