Explore who we are

A workplace defined by purpose, connection and pride

For over 30 years, Monash College has provided more than 80,000 students with a direct pathway to Monash University – one of the world's top 50 universities and a member of Australia's Group of Eight. We prepare students for academic, social, wellbeing and career success, and the work our people do every day contributes to shaping the next generation of future leaders.

Our People Value Proposition (PVP) brings to life what makes the College genuinely distinctive: a purpose-driven culture, deep investment in your growth, and a community where everyone belongs. Our PVP is articulated as the Staff Promise within the Monash College 2026–2030 Strategy, sitting at the heart of our bold ambitions for our people as we work toward our goals in education and operational excellence.
