Renting

Renting or house sharing

If you are over 18, you can rent or share a house with other students. This is a good option if you are comfortable living on your own or have stayed in Melbourne for a while. There are many houses or apartments close to all our Monash College campuses. Just remember to visit the property before you sign the lease or pay any money.

Facilities: Properties in Melbourne may be unfurnished, partially furnished or fully furnished. Phone, internet and electricity costs are generally not included so you will have to budget for this.

Cost: $250–450 per week (minimum stay of 12 months and depends on location, size and utilities).

You can start searching for accommodation on realestate.com.au or domain.com.au
